What is the Bluecrest benefit through Vitality?
With your Vitality membership, you can get discount off a Bluecrest health assessment.
Choose from the available health assessments and get a discount off the standard retail price. Every assessment includes a Personal Health Report with over 50 readings. You’ll receive a copy of the report in the post, or you can view it online via the Bluecrest Vitality Assessment Hub.
Log in to Member Zone and complete your Health Review. Dependant on your age and Vitality Age Gap, you could get a greater discount rate. After you have taken the Vitality Healthcheck, your Vitality Age Gap will be verified.
Vitality Healthchecks can either be carried out at home with a Bluecrest home kit or face-to-face.
Eligibile members
Each eligible member is allowed one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months. If you want to book more health assessments, you'll have to pay the standard retail price.
If you have multiple plans with Vitality, you can only book one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
To be eligible for this benefit, you must be 18 years or older with an active Vitality plan.
Earn Vitality points
Completing a Health Assessment can also earn you up to 600 Vitality points. You'll earn 60 Vitality points for assessing your:
Body Mass Index
Glucose levels
Cholesterol
Heart rate fitness levels
Blood pressure (for face to face health checks only)
You can also earn another 60 points for each healthy result.
