Why should I do a Vitality Healthcheck?

Once a year, you can earn Vitality points for your Vitality Healthcheck.

You can get 60 points for each measure:

• blood pressure (this isn’t available for the online Vitality Healthcheck)

• blood glucose

• cholesterol

• and BMI

This can give you up to 240 Vitality points.

Each of these tests can earn you another 60 Vitality points for each healthy result. This means you could earn up to 240 additional points if all your results are within the healthy range. We'll update your Vitality points within four weeks of receiving your results.

Please note, you will not earn any Vitality points for blood pressure if you choose to have an online Vitality Healthcheck.

You can also earn up to 300 Vitality points for confirming that you are a non-smoker. Each adult on your plan can also earn those Vitality points by confirming they are non-smokers.

You earn 100 points when you declare to be a non-smoker when you create your Health Profile on the Vitality Member app.

You can then get a further 200 points when you declare to be a non-smoker when you do your Vitality Healthcheck.

Your results will be ready within 5-7 days. We'll update your Vitality points within 4 weeks of receiving your results. Look out for your points on your Points Statement in your Vitality Member app.
