Points for check-ups, assessments, and appointments
There are some activities that we can’t track, like a visit to the dentist or your GP. However you can still earn points for these activities.

Dental check-up | Children and adults are eligible. Submit evidence within six months of the activity. | Maximum 100 points per plan year |
Eye test | See an optometrist or ophthalmologist (not an optician). Submit evidence within six months of the activity. | Maximum of 50 points per plan year |
Influenza (flu) vaccination | Adults 50+ or as clinically appropriate. Submit evidence within six months of the flu vaccination. | Maximum 100 points per plan year |
Pneumococcal vaccination | Adults aged 65+. Submit evidence within six months of the vaccination. | Maximum of 100 points per plan lifetime |
Complete vaccinations up to 12 months | Children between 0-12 months inclusive. Submit evidence within six months of the vaccination. | 100 points |
Complete vaccinations up to 24 months | Children between 12-26 months inclusive. Submit evidence within six months of the vaccination. | 100 points |
Complete vaccinations up to 4 years | Children between 36-50 months inclusive. Submit evidence within six months of the vaccination. | 100 points |
Complete vaccinations up to 18 years | Children between 10-18 years inclusive. Submit evidence within six months of the vaccination. | 100 points |
Mammogram | Assigned females ages 45+ or as clinically appropriate. Submit evidence within six months of the activity. | Maximum 150 points per plan year |
PAP smear / HPV test | Everyone with a cervix aged 25 or above. Submit evidence within six months of the activity. | Maximum 150 points per plan year |
Abdominal aortic ultrasound | Assigned males aged 65 or above. Submit evidence within six months of the appointment. | Maximum 100 points per plan lifetime |
Faecal occult blood testing (FOBT) / Faecal Immunochemical Test | Adults aged 40 or above. Submit evidence within six months of the appointment. | Maximum 150 points every two plan years |
Prostate check | Everyone with a prostate aged 50+ or as clinically appropriate. Submit evidence within six months of the appointment. | Maximum 150 points per plan year |
